6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing and Fees

6.2 Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Assessment services: Payment due before commencement
• Development projects: 50% deposit before commencement, remainder upon completion
• Payment terms: Net 14 days from invoice date

6.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you are dissatisfied with our services, contact us within 7 days of receiving deliverables to discuss resolution. Deposits for cancelled projects may be retained to cover work already performed.

Assessment deliverables include data readiness evaluation, recommended approaches, and implementation estimates. These are advisory in nature and do not constitute commitments regarding specific outcomes or performance levels of future implementations.

7.2 Custom NLP Pipeline Development

Pipeline development is based on agreed specifications and data characteristics assessed during scoping. Changes to requirements or data quality after commencement may affect timelines and costs.

7.3 Language Model Fine-Tuning

Fine-tuning performance depends on data quality and quantity. We provide baseline comparisons and performance metrics but cannot make specific performance guarantees as results vary based on data characteristics.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Provision

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high-quality deliverables, we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes, accuracy levels, or fitness for particular purposes beyond those explicitly stated in service agreements.
